Melania Trump: Reciting the Lord's Prayer

Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic license.

How beautiful it was to hear the Lord's Prayer recited by arguably the most powerful woman in the world.  How beautiful it was.  On Friday Saturday 18, Melania did just that.  I was very surprised and it was refreshing.  What the Trumps have been doing is refreshing.

Here are two people, practically secular in every way and they are going out on a limb to utter Jesus Christ.  To make public statements about about God when if fact God was not in anyone's lips for the past eight years.

Going back to Melania, the liberals are attacking her for her prayer.  They are so petty they even are critical of her accent.  But for me that is what made it so beautiful.  Her accent made that prayer even so much more beautiful.  I could sense that her voice was slightly cracking.  She sounded nervous to deliver such as a very powerful prayer.  But I sensed that God was becoming very pleased.  And then when she finally finished, he looked up with great determination and came out roaring!!

One Twitterite said to her, "We are not all Christians!"  And we know that @Jaime Primak, because if most people in America where Christians we would not have immorality running amok.

Another Christophobe who went by the handle @splattne wrote: “Melania prays (reads) the Our Father. Makes Jesus turn in his grave. Oh wait…”

Not so "Spatter", you wait. Jesus Christ rose from the dead! He is not there, in the grave.

Chicago's Violent Reaction to Trump Rally

What a rowdy and misguided bunch!
The reaction Donald Trump experienced in Chicago did not surprised me.  I totally expected it. People are protesting Trump because they are reacting to their emotions, rather than their heads. When I woke up to go to work, I saw very early from the newscast how some protesters where already there at 6:30 am.  And I knew some of them!!

A city of Chicago protest has many dark forces working and influencing it.  I know because when I was younger I participated in many of them.  I worked protests to bring justice to animal abuse, immigrant rights, police brutality, and the environment.  For about five years I got involved in many of them here in Chicago.  I did so because I had a deep conviction for what was right and just.  I felt I was doing the right thing.  That is why I always supported protests, as long as they were non-violent.

However, God was opening my eyes to the reality of a protest.  While participating in a protest in Wicker Park in 1996 I saw how many dark forces come into play.  From Wicker Park we were supposed to walk south to the United Center.  It was a protest in support of immigrant rights. Many local politicians like Luis Gutierrez joined us.  But also, the city anarchists.  Unbeknownst to the protest organizers, the anarchists wanted to create a riot.  They wanted to instigate violence. Fortunately the organizers saw it before things got ugly and they changed routes.

In another 1997 protest, local groups organized a march to protest the beating of black teen Lenard Clark. Lenard rode his bike to Bridgeport which was a predominant Italian neighborhood.  Other young people beat him into a coma.  Of course people were very upset. I participated in a march that took place around the entire Comiskey Park neighborbood (now U.S. Cellular Field).  It reminded me a lot of the struggle of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Here were people of all races joining hands walking peacefully until we got to the Italian neighborhood of Bridgeport. Some black protesters started pushing me very violently. I could not believe my eyes and ears. What was going on I asked?  I am supporting their cause and they are turning against me??  It stopped, but it felt very bizarre.  I was expecting this reaction from the Italians of the neighborhood which had their own counter protest, but not from black people who were marching with us.  It is apparent that in many protests other special interests are pulling the strings.

But also during many of these protests I felt pure incarnate evil.  As if the devil himself was looming in the air.  A protest has many dynamics. Even if a protest is meant to be peaceful there are many groups that infiltrate it.  I saw anarchists, communists and socialists in protests they themselves were not organizing but they wanted to join, just to get their own message across.  But they are also there to instigate violence. Many of these representatives get paid by the groups they represent.  (I don't know how or for how much.) If their violent antics, no matter how small, make the news, they consider it a very successful march. At his cancelled UIC rally, Trump said, "All of a sudden, a planned attack just came out of nowhere." And folks, that is how it really is.

It is very sad to see Chicago react the way it did against Trump.  I don't like one bit what he is saying about people that makes them angry.  But these protesters should put their efforts to better use.  Why don't they protest the rise in violence across the city?  And many politicians who are in power are doing so much more evil than what Trump is saying.  Donald Trump is not closing clinics and schools in Chicago.  Donald Trump is not deporting thousands of people and tearing families apart (at least not yet). I understand why people are upset, but don't silence someone else's voice. Furthermore, if you don't want him to be elected, just vote..and stop putting crooks into power.

Would I join such a protest?  No, I would not.  I learned early on that my efforts could be placed in other areas.  Areas that could be having a direct impact on the Kingdom of God.  The place that really matters.

Obama's Refusal to Call Christian Massacres "Genocide"

What happened to President Obama?  When he was Senator Obama. When he was grassroots activist Obama.  He seemed as if he was more humbler.  It seems like over the last 8 years he has built some form of rage---an overwhelming hate towards Christians.

As soon as he became president, he slammed the door at Christianity.  When Franklin Graham wanted to visit him--he slammed the door shut.  When I read that I was very surprised.  But little did I know that that was a portent of graver things to come for the Christian faith.

For the last five years, ISIS and other Muslim radicals have been waging a systematic campaign to wipe Christians off the face of the earth.  On March 17 Congress is asking Obama to declare these crimes against Christians for what they really are:  genocide.  He has refused to do so for the last five years.  John Kerry says that there needs to be more "proof".  He says that "anecdotal" records won't do.  When you see a group of Muslim men marching other men on the shores of an ocean and they get shot---Kerry, that is not an anecdote.

It is one thing to pretend that the death of all these Christians is not happening, but to utterly deny it, as if the news is making it up--that is another level of inhumanity (for a lack of a better word).

When Obama was starving in the streets of Chicago, it was the Christians that fed him.  How can he repay us like that?  But that is fine.  What is he going to say to God when the day of reckoning comes and he stands before the Lord, and the Lord tells him, "You were President of the United States and you did nothing to alleviate the suffering of my people."  What is he going to say?  Is he willing to live with this in his heart, live with no regrets?  On March 17, 2016 we will find out.

Brock Osweiler: The Million Dollar Man

$72 million dollars!  That is what Brock Osweiler is worth for four years of active duty with the NFL. Athletes are some of the highest paid people on earth.  No amount of money however can buy you, your way to heaven.  Being saved cannot be bought with money, work or material possessions.  To go to heaven you need Jesus Christ.  We don't have to pay anything.  Jesus Christ has paid it all off.

72 million dollars is a lot of moolah, but it cannot buy you a place next to Jesus.  That amount of money cannot compare to going to heave.  Think about it.
The richest man in football!!

Donald: Trump or Chump!

Recently Pope Francis, when visiting Mexico said that Donald Trump is not a Christian.  He believes that Donald Trump is not a Christian because he rather build walls than bridges.  Donald is now taking on the Pope.  Which for me it is kinda funny.  There are many of his views I don't agree with. Donald is saying some very offensive things about many people and groups.  But I don't think he means it.  And if he did, America has so many checks and balances that a lot of the things he says he will do, he will not be allowed to get away with if he is elected president.

I think what needs to happen is that people should not be so quick to judge.  But they should pause for a second and think if what he is saying makes sense or not. That is what I did when he recently spoke in a public forum.  One of the things I got from his speech is that he makes a lot of sense, he is not afraid to speak his mind, and the guy is very smart!!

When he talked about building a wall between the border of Mexico and the USA, he said that many people believe that it is not be possible to build a wall because there are too many miles to cover. But then he said that the Great Wall of China is over 5,000 miles wide and it was built at a time when there were no forms of modern technology and machinery to help build it.  It makes perfect sense (although I don't think he should build a wall between neighboring countries).

And with the Pope's latest spat, the Donald, as he is affectionately known to his supporters, said that the Pope would have wished for him to have been president when Muslims armies invade the Vatican.  Which is true.  That is what Muslims believe.  Their prophet made a prophecy that one day the Vatican would be taken over by them.  This fact cannot and should not be denied.  That is what they believe and it is a shame that many people don't want to admit or see how dangerous it can be to support theology they have no knowledge about.  But Donald does know it.  Which I found amazing and no one wants to talk about it.

So is Donald then a chump or like his name implies, will he be the the trump card that this upcoming election needs? Will you be voting for Trump?  Take our survey and if you like this post please feel to subscribe and share.  Thanks.

Manny Pacquaio: Public Enemy #1

I can't believe what people are saying about Manny Pacquaio--multi-time champion of the boxing world. Recently he said some disparaging remarks about gays and when a petition got started for Nike to drop him as a sponsor--they did so with less than 4,000 signatures.  Another petition in support of Manny as of this writing shows over 14,000 signatures.

I will be the first one to say that if you have nothing good to say don't say it.  Yet, his critics are going bananas to paint him as public enemy #1 simply for stating his opinion.  They have branded him a bigot and a homophobe.  Yet, those that are criticizing him are spewing their own brand of hate and bigoted remarks.

Manny has come along way to redeem himself.  It is amazing to me how he has a full schedule, boxes several times a year, is a senator in his home country of the Philippines, is a pastor and recently donated millions of dollars of his own money to build homes for the poor.

It was just his opinion.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion.  This whole thing of being politically correct and mad campaigns to silence voices has got to stop.  Manny is not physically hurting people or condoning hate towards gays.  I'm sure he has a lot of gay friends and gay admirers.  He may even have gay relatives.  The minority are just loud and the majority need to speak louder against this politically correct world.  The bible says that in the last days people will get easily offended and be lovers of themselves.  We are living in these times and the outcry of people attacking Manny for his comments shows that the end of the world as we know it is very near.  It shows, as the bible stated that Jesus Christ is coming very soon.

God is separating the sheep from the goats.  Christians and people of faith need to speak up to.  They need to stand up and defend people who stand for righteousness.   Should Christians boycott brands that will vilify them just for speaking out?  What do you guys think?  Should Manny be turned into an enemy of the people, or is he still a hero?  Please comment and share.  Thanks.

Victory in Jesus: Claim it.

Look unto Jesus Christ.  He will let your life shine
Quite often we go through life getting hammered by life's challenges.  We can become so overwhelmed that we become feeling depressed and defeated.  But in truth, that is not and should not be the case.  To Jesus Christ, we are worth the entire world.  WE are valuable to Jesus Christ.  Turn to Jesus.  Thank God for sending Jesus Christ to this earth,  Jesus Christ gave his life for you.  To Him you are worthy.  Don't beat yourself up anymore.  Look up to heaven, pray to God and He will deliver you from whatever is hurting you right now.  Please believe.  Walk with your head high up. Claim victory in Jesus.  You have already won.
