Radical Islam Unites Christians Attacks against Christians by radical Islamists across the globe is having unintended consequences. Christians of different denominations are uniting to raise awareness about the violent nature and deception of Islam. Held in Downers Grove, IL the conference The Persecuted Church: Christian Believers in Peril in the Mid dle East is one of many assemblies happening throughout the United States. On March 12, 2011 speakers from many Christian sects gathered in front of over 300 attendees to speak about their experiences and to discuss strategies to stop the Islamic onslaught. Speakers noted that in Islamic countries such as Egypt, the indigenous are killed because of their Christian faith in plain view and collaboration of the government.
