Islam Unites Christians

Radical Islam Unites Christians

Attacks against Christians by radical Islamists across the globe is having unintended consequences. Christians of different denominations are uniting to raise awareness about the violent nature and deception of Islam. Held in Downers Grove, IL the conference The Persecuted Church: Christian Believers in Peril in the Middle East is one of many assemblies happening throughout the United States.

On March 12, 2011 speakers from many Christian sects gathered in front of over 300 attendees to speak about their experiences and to discuss strategies to stop the Islamic onslaught. Speakers noted that in Islamic countries such as Egypt, the indigenous are killed because of their Christian faith in plain view and collaboration of the government. Attackers of St. George Church in Egypt fired away at Christians from behind army tanks. In Iraq, Julianna Taimoorazz stated that “No mercy is shown to children. Infants [are] broiled and presented to their mothers on a rice plate.” Dr. Edward Odisho stated that the “Situation of the Christians in the Middle East is very bad.”

Muslim radicals go about killing Christians and bombing their churches with such impunity the International community must take a stand. Muslims kill Christians because they are considered infidels. Muslims believe that they have a right to kill Christians and they are not punished by Islamic courts.

Christian minorities in Islamic countries are being forced to convert or otherwise die if they don’t. They are threatened to 1) convert to Islam, or 2) stay and pay high taxes or 3) leave their home. The tactics used by Muslim radicals is plain terror. But Christians are taking great courage through Jesus Christ that strengthens them. Muslims intend to take over the world using these tactics but the antidote for Islam is Christianity.

As a result Islam is doing what thousands of years could not do. All Christian denominations are uniting to defend their faith. This was one of the most beautiful things I saw when I attended the conference. I saw Coptic Christians, Catholic, Protestants, Evangelicals, and Episcopalian coming together in Christ. Never had I seen this before in my life time and never did I think I would see it. What Muslims want to destroy is not working.

Their purpose to destroy and divide Christians is backfiring. Christian churches will continue to unite and they will become stronger and unstoppable. Thank God for his providence. Message to Muslims: the more you attack us the more we will grow. The more you kill Christians, the stronger we will become. Ultimately other Muslims will see the true nature of their faith and they too will be converted and be united to Christ.

Greetings from an American Muslim Woman living in the Middle East. I was a Christian and converted to Islam after reading and believing in my heart it is the right path. Upon moving here I was treated with nothing but love and kindness, even though I was a Christian. Please remember that theses "thugs" that call themselves Muslim are not. They go against the teaching of Islam. There are extreme in any religion and yes, I agree there are some people that "CALL THEMSELVES MUSLIM" that go too far. Need I mention the "Christians" that belong the Felp church that say they follow the teachings of Christ yet protest at our American Solders funerals??!! I dont think Jeasus would have done that. I think that if we continue to concentrate on what divides us we will never agree on anything. Let us focus on what we have in common then our differences wont seem so vast....

I send my love to all of my Christan and Jewish Brothers and Sisters out there....May God protect us all and shower us with his mercy...AMEN!!

(I do not intend to get into a religious debate..I just wanted to make the statement that we are not all bad...just as all you are not as bad as your worst companion)

Jesus Christ said that by their fruits you will know his people. Jesus Christ also said that in the last days people will kill you believing in their heart that they are doing God a favor.

Yes, I too believe that. There are too many misguided people in the world.

Statements are fair enough. I would like to make some myself. In cultish circles all that niceness is known as "love bombing." The Felp Church is a handful of wackos. When Asia Bibi in Pakistan was accused of blasphemy for standing up for her Christian faith, and is now in death row,a whole province went into a freenzy to kill her. When the Dutch artist drew satirical cartoons of Muhammad hundreds of thousands, if not millions, with blood in their eyes, went into another livid frenzy. If Muslims convert to Christianity or another faith there is a Koranic mandate to kill them. That is called facism. Jesus Christ never did these crazy things and he never codoned them. Compare HIS message of love your enemies with the Muslim one of killing your enemies. Most Christians that convert to other faiths are cultural Christians whose faith is very weak, or none existing. Or their knowledge of the Gospel was weak as well and were easily swayed as reeds in the field.

My knowledge of the Gospel is deeper than most. I grew up with Gospel preachers as ministers as well as being married to one. I am not easily swayed.. I read and I read the truth. There are nut bags in every religion.. thats a fact. People are killed every day in the name of religion...The Christians had their own "Crusdes" from 1091 thru 1291. Its a sad fact but its the truth.

Peace be with all of you. Just remember Jesus preached love and tolerance. You will find fanatics in every sect. Just as you dont want to be lumped in the category with the Felps, nor do most Muslims want to be judged based on Islamic Extremists.

The Crusades were a political manifestation supported by the Vatican--a quasi governmental/religious order. There is no religious tolerance in Islam or Muhammad whatsoever (NONE), if it were so there would at least be a single church or synagogue built in Mecca, but there is none. None. And then the Muslims want to go around the world demanding religious tolerance for themselves??

The Crusades was a Holy war started by the Christian Church against the Saracens(which is what the Muslims were called at the time of the Crusades)...This is a fact. I am sure there are political connotations behind the purpose of the war, there always are.

My point is, was and will always be what I said before... Jesus preached love and tolerance. You will find fanatics in every sect. Just as you dont want to be lumped in the category with the Felps, nor do most Muslims want to be judged based on Islamic Extremists.

I believe in the Old Testament. I believe in the teachings of Christ, do I believe he is the Messiah? No, I do not. I believe he was a Prophet sent to teach us the word of GOD. My higher power is ONE GOD...I do not worship any one but HIM. I do not need to pray to anyone but HIM nor ask for forgiveness from anyone but HIM. He is the Almighty and all knowing, merciful and forgiving.

You are more than welcome to continue this debate, however..I did not start this to delve into Religious banter.

I am not evil. I am educated and kind. My entire family are Christians and we love one another and I care for my parents and treat them with kindness. I do not condone barbaric, senseless killing...from either side of the fence.

My prayers are with you all....may we one day stop fighting and learn to co exist...

There are more reasons why people don't believe in Jesus Christ.

1. They believe the Bible has been changed.
2. They don't believe Jesus is the Son of God.
3. They don't believe he is the Savior.
4. They don't believe God would sacrifice Himself/or a son for other people's sin.

The list goes on and on and on....

I'm not arguing. Just making statements.

The devoted Christian..will not care if we are lumped into thinking we are crazy or evil. We simply don't care because our joy and Hope is placed on Jesus Christ.

The message of Jesus's Gospel is "perfect." (Love your enemies such as yourself. Forgive 70 X 7. Pray for those that persecute you. Don't judge lest you be judged also. Do unto others as you would like them do unto you. Love your God with all your heart and your neighbor such as yourself. Do good to those that hate you. Do not pay evil for evil. He who is without sin, throw the first stone.)

People have decided to shut themselves totally from this perfect message. They don't want to hear it or listen to it. All I can do is show what the Gospels are about and pray for unbelievers hoping that one day they will repent and return to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Wouldn't it be a perfect world if everyone believed in the teachings of Christ? We also believe in his teachings...they are perfect. All of Gods messengers are perfect....HE is the Almighty One True God...He does not error!!

May God shine his mercy upon us all... Good day.
Johnny said…
And because God does not make errors, or better yet, allows for mistakes of his word to be changed---the entire Bible, including ALL of the teachings of the New Testaments are 100% accurate---including that Jesus is the Messiah, the Savior of the whole world.
Daisy said…
Are you saying the entire New Testament is correct and no changes have EVER been made in this book? If so, how do you explain so many different versions of this book? Which one do you believe? If it is the word of God himself then why change it? This is one thin I have never understood and never will.
Johnny said…
I don't say this out of disrespect to you--but being that perhaps at one point you were a Christian-- it should not be confusing ---it is best for people to read the Word of God in their own language, be it Russian, Spanish, French or English. The source is still the same. The message is still the same.
Daisy said…
I am not saying that the New Testament in different languages is confusing....those werent my words. I meant that the different versions are what gets me. The word of God should not change.
Daisy said…
And no disrespect... I was a Christian my whole life, that does not mean that we are not supposed to question aspects of our faith that make no sense to us. Hence the reason for my conversion, the questions remained unanswered....
Johnny said…
Well--in England the word for elevator is "lift". In Spanish cake is "pastel" in Mexico, "biscocho" in Puerto Rico. The multiple versions of the Bible in English or any other language do not change the message. It is still the same. Jesus is the same today and forever.
