Jesus Christ and Che Guevara

There is no denying that many special interest groups are spreading false perceptions of Christianity. One that is very notable is done by the socialists/communists. One of the biggest idols of socialism is Che Guevara. He is idolized by many people frustrated with how capitalism exploits the poor. If you ever go to a protest you will see Che's mug on t-shirts or banners. One would think it was as if we were viewing a photograph of Jesus Christ. But it is not. And that is what the socialists want the public to believe in an attempt to win converts for their revolutionary cause. They often say, Jesus Christ was a revolutionary, just like Che! This of course is totally false. Jesus Christ and Che Guevara are complete opposites. Jesus did cause a revolution, but it was a spiritual revolution. Jesus Christ's mission was never meant to be political.

Che, who was a doctor, was so incense about fighting for the rights of the poor that he felt killing the opposition was justifiable. Che was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people. He himself killed many with his own hand. So I ask the revolutionaries....I ask these Neo-Marxists, who want to pervert the saintly image of Christ, how many people did Jesus killed? How many people did Jesus the Christ ordered to be killed!? The answer is zeroooo!! Zilch! Nada!

Che Guevara is the spitting image of his father the Devil. Jesus Christ tells us that Satan was a liar and a murdered from the very beginning. Satan is using all these groups across the world to distort the image of our Lord and Savior. As Christians we have to be very careful that we do not allow ourselves to be deceived. God has no pride in seeing his children kill each other for any cause! Did any of the founders of Christianity like Matthew, Mark, Peter and Paul go around killing people? Did they spread Christianity with a sword? No. On the contrary, they were the ones being persecuted just as thousands of poor, and defensless Christians are being massacred across the globe today. Che died like he wanted to live---like a rat.

Evil Cults and their Control of Families

When a person follows a religious group, there are a number of things he or she must consider for his/her spiritual safety. Not all groups are cults and not all cults are bible believing groups. Unfortunately, thousands, if not millions of people fall pray to deceptive practices of many religious groups that are misrepresenting God, or Jesus Christ for that matter. The person(s) who do fall victims tend to be those that are alone, depressed, have a lack of love, or are mentally challenged. For instance, any person that is willing to sacrifice his physical life at the costs of others to protect his beliefs, is a prime suspect of having mental psychosis (actually clinically crazy for a lack of a better term). And just because a religious group does not show any abusive overtones like Jim Jones, David Koresh, or Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda that does not mean it cannot be classified as a cult. I am here to say that, yes it can be a cult! Below I list the characteristics that you must be on the lookout not only for your own spiritual safety but your own salvation.

1. Members swear total allegiance to an all-powerful human leader(s) who they are made believe is/are sent by God.

2. Rational thought is discouraged or forbidden.

3. The cult's recruitment techniques are often deceptive.

4. The cult weakens the follower psychologically by making him or her depend upon the group to solve his or her problems.

5. The cults manipulate guilt to their advantage.

6. Cults make most, if not all the career and life decisions of the members.

7. Cults exist only for their own material survival and make false promises to work to improve society.

8. Cult members often work full time for the group for little or no pay. Add to that the "keeping busy" therapy that all sects practice so perfectly, so that one has little or no time for one's own thoughts.

9. Cult members are isolated from the outside world or are discouraged from any reality testing it could provide.

10. Cults are apocalyptic and believe themselves to be the remnant who will survive the soon-approaching end of the world.

11. Many cults follow an "ends justify the means" philosophy.

12. Cults, particularly in regard to their finances, are shrouded in secrecy.

14. There is frequently an aura of or potential for violence around cults. Cults practice that for some offenses paying with your own blood is the only means to be forgiven or the shedding of other people's blood.

Yep! These guys look totally whacked out!

The complete list and rationale was obtained from the this link. I edited some of the content that I felt needed enhancing. If you are looking to join a group, remember that you do the choosing, don't allow them to choose you!

Christian Conservatives

Pastor Rick Warren--Handsome Devil, isn't he?

At the inaugural prayer, Pastor Rick Warren said the word that is feared by most unbelievers: Jesus. I give him a lot of kudos for that. I also give him a lot of props because he prayed exactly as Jesus Christ told us to pray.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory. for ever and ever. Amen

I always begin my prayers just like Jesus Christ told us to do so. No church or pastor ever told me to pray like that. Jesus Christ did. But I also end my prayer, just before the 'amen' with 'in Jesus Christ's name'. And that is what Warren failed to do. In a sense he still catered to the secularists and haters of our glorious faith by not mentioning Christ. He said Jesus' name in various languages, but I also have an uncle name JESUS, so I don't know if he was referring to my uncle or Jesus Christ. I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now. He knows he is being watched. For now he has averted further controversy. But our Buddy (Rick Warren) still looks like he ate one hamburger too many, and no one can contest that!

Hey, wait a minute, that ain't our Buddy! It's Chucky!! EEeeeeee!!

Why I am a Christian

When I first heard that Christian persecution existed even in the land of Israel I was shocked! I was shocked because I was under the impression Israel was somewhat similar to the United States in terms of tolerance for every religion. I expected Christian persecution in other countries such as North Korea, or Iran. But Israel?? Thousands of Christians do not realize that in Israel the Gospel of Christ cannot be openly preached. Any Christian that does it will be prosecuted and religious fanatics will try to kill him/her. Israel would not exist if it were not for the U.S. They get pumped billions of our tax dollars every year, and for what? So that in turn Christians are discriminated upon by the Israeli government and some of their people? As a Christian my tax dollars are going to a land that is intolerant of my faith. Everything about this notion is wrong.

In getting more educated about it I also found out that Judaism is a very legalistic religion. Apparently the Ten Commandments is not enough. They also observe and extra 613 commandments referred to as the 613 Mitzvot. It amazes me how so many religions become preoccupied with what Jesus Christ referred to as "trivial matters". Here are some of these commandments from the 613 Mitzvot that caught my eye:

# 13. To love other Jews Lev. 19:18
# 14. To love converts Deut. 10:19
# 15. Not to hate fellow Jews Lev. 19:17
# 38. Not to cease hating the idolater Deut. 13:9
#45. Not to be afraid of killing the false prophet Deut. 18:22
#60. Not to be superstitious Lev. 19:26

Are we to believe then that (as indicated by #'s 13 to 15, and 38) Jews only have love for their fellow Jews and have no room to love others? For #45, Deut 18:22 only says not to be afraid of the false prophet. It does not say to kill a false prophet. It seems to me that a high percentage of the Mitzvot is all about kill, kill, kill and hate, hate, hate. #60 states not to be superstitious or dwell with supernatural mysticism. Then what is the Kabbalah??

Going back to Jesus Christ, he was fully aware of all this mumble jumble. If humans cannot keep even ten commandments, how are they to keep more? That is why He condensed the Ten Commandments into only two. Christian commandment #1: Thou shall love your God with all of your heart and all of your mind. Christian commandment #2: Thou should love your neighbor just as yourself. That is it. Why do we need more? If we cannot comprehend worldly things how are we going to understand heavenly things? Why would anyone else believe in other faiths other than Christianity??

Obama is not Muslim

During the presidential campaign of 2008 poor President-elect Barack Obama was hammered from all sides by accusations that he was Muslim. The pictures of him wearing a turban during a trip to Kenya did not help matters. People who professed to be Christian went more bonkers when all media outlets were broadcasting these photographs. Even now, on the eve of his historic inaguration many forces are leery that he may be a so-called "closet-Muslim". What is wrong with Obama being Muslim? So what?? Self-righteous critics should judge themselve. Let me ask them a question. What have you done to share the Gospel with your Muslim brothers?? If you haven't done anything, don't criticize. Just sit down and close your lips!

But to put those rumors to rest today the Associated Press came with a story that proves Obama is not Muslim. Apparently he went for lunch to a Washington D.C. eatery and ordered the house specialty, "a quarter-pound half pork...sausage..." So there you go. No moderate or devout Muslim would ever eat pork. Not even a microgram. So Barack Obama is not Muslim. You have proof positive from this article by the AP. Now let us give Obama the room he deserves to fix the mess our so-called "Christian" President George W. Bush is leaving behind.

Forgiveness in Christ

The day I realize about God and the true purpose of his Word, I felt an overwhelming joy. I felt as if my spiritual eyes had been opened. And although prior to this I felt condemn and the lowest of the low, after this spiritual revelation, I no longer felt that way. The Bible describes this feeling regarding believers. It says that it is like scales coming off a person's eyes. Above all I felt an overwhelming sense of freedom. The yoke and shackles which were holding me down had come off. A little over six years have passed. I am amazed at the wonder of God and his mercy.

I know I am not worthy but yet He is always showering me with blessings. Most non-Christians will assume that my blessings come from diligently observing all Christian mandates of worship. However for me, it has never been the case. Almost always, I don't go to church (although I know I should), I don't fast (because Jesus often spoke about a spiritual fast being more important), I don't tithe (directly to a church as I have previously explained), I have never been baptised as an adult, and I most definitely have never participated in communion and sacraments. I am not a perfect person and I often fall by the way side, because I am still very much human. But if we listen to traditional church teachings regarding these mere deficiencies I should not be living the life I am living. It sounds like I am a walking contradiction. But it is all true. I am a very happy man. I have a beautiful family which consists of a beautiful wife and a beautiful baby. I have a house, roof and food---which God has provided. Maybe it is so because I am content with what I have. Maybe it is so because I am not trying to please anyone? Sometimes I do become frightened, because I ask myself, how can God still give me all this, in spite of the fact that I am an imperfect follower? What am I doing right or wrong, and yet He still protects my every path? The answer can only be Jesus Christ.

Over the years God has pulled me off some real hard spots that were life threatening. Yet he has always rescued me. No matter what I do from now on, I will never be able to repay him. I share this not to boast about it, but rather to boast about God's unyielding love. The best I can do is continue to have Him in my heart, always be grateful for his grace and mercy.

Tortured for Christ--Free Copy

Source: Voice of the Martyrs Magazine

Iranian Christian nearly whipped to death for practicing his faith.

A few months ago, I requested a free copy of the life story of Pastor Richard Wurmbrand. Pastor Wurmbrand was arrested, tortured and imprisoned by the communist in Romania for over 14 years for preaching Jesus Christ. The synopsis of the book below this paragraph does not do it justice. The book is more graphic and painful to read. One cannot believe what suffering this man endured, yet he survived and went on to establish the Voice of the Martrys Foundation. I ordered a book for myself and two other friends. I could not resist doing so especially since it was FREE. I just finished reading the book a few days ago. I hold the same views with Pastor Wurmbrand about the current state of churches in this country. Overall it has not changed. But we as followers of Christ have to change. We have to be proactive and support Christ's Gospels throughout the four corners of the Universe. We don't have to ask our pastors for their support, we can do it individually. Honestly speaking, my tithing does not go to any church, when I donate I often tithe directly to charities like VOM. Why? The cause is just, and I know exactly were Lord's money is going. Furthermore VOM has the strictest auditing policies. I invite you to give it a try. God bless.

Pastor Wurmbrand and his wife
Born March 24, 1909--died February 17, 2001

It was the book that shocked the nation. After surviving 14 years in communist prisons, Pastor Richard Wurmbrand came to America to proclaim the trials and testimonies of our persecuted brothers and sisters.

In Tortured for Christ, Wurmbrand tells of his imprisonment for his work with the underground church and introduces the work of The Voice of the Martyrs. Forty years later, The Voice of the Martyrs remains true to its calling to be a voice for persecuted Christians, to serve with them in their time of need and to assist them in their efforts to proclaim the gospel.

We would like to extend this special opportunity for you to request a complimentary copy of Tortured for Christ for your Christian friends and family members. Help spread the message of today's persecuted church. Simply follow the link below.

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

Could this man be a disciple of the Anti-Christ? On Jan. 20, 2009 we will find out.

Pastor Rick Warren is going to pray in Barack Obama's inauguration. Apparently this is becoming a great controversy to many. Now, let me make it perfectly clear here that I am not a fan of Rick Warren, Pat Robertson, or even Franklin Graham, the heir of the Billy Graham Empire because I don't believe that their teachings coincide with Christ and his teachings. (Perhaps I will elaborate my reasons in a future post.)

However, there is a gigantic movement spreading like wildfire in the U.S.A. to eradicate, blot-out any mention of Jesus Christ's name, from every aspect of American society. Whenever Jesus Christ is mentioned someone, somewhere, is offended. This should not be happening because this country's basic laws were founded under Christian principles. Some of these principles, are equal rights for all, the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These are rights guarantee to all residents of the U.S., it does not matter a person's religion or sexual orientation. These principles, no other country in the world can guarantee. And as such, we should be beyond grateful to Christ for doing this for us.

"My buddy, my buddy, my buddy.... My buddy and me!"

In the United States, followers of other faiths are allowed to pray however they wish. Even in public if they wish. But Christians are not. In the U.S. employers and other institutions create special rooms for people of other faiths to pray and worship, but Christians cannot. And now that Warren will pray, everyone is scared that he is going to mention the name of Jesus Christ when he closes his prayer. Cultural sensitivity is going haywire in this country. Christians are expected to be culturally sensitive to everyone else---except for themselves? Does this lunatic judgment makes any sense? (Of course it makes sense if the devil is inside you.)

Rick Warren, although I am not your fan boy, it is inucmbent for you to pray in Jesus Christ's name. Say it loud and clear, brother. Don't be swayed under the pressure of the few culturally sensitive non-Christians. If you don't, the title of a wolf in sheep's clothing will be cleary cemented to your profile.
